Default How much looking after does a wildflower garden take?

I would like to turn a part of my garden into wildflowers and wildlife.

How easy is it to do and how long does it take before wildlife start to feel at home?

By wildlife, I assume you mean native birds? From personal experience, wild flowers don't take too kindly to being moved from their natural environment. But if you have a part of the garden where the soil isn't too good for growing "normal" plants, it is worth a try.

For the natural birds, it shouldn't take more than a couple of years for them to find the environment appealing. Your garden should be home to a few birds a few years after you plant the wildflowers.
